Jewelry brand Tiffany & Co has filed a lawsuit against LVMH over pulling out of a deal on including the company in the LVMH conglomerate. LVMH filed a counterclaim against Tiffany & Co, accusing the brand of defamation.
According to representatives of LVMH, the company canceled the acquisition of Tiffany & Co due to the drop in revenues of the jewelry brand during the COVID-19 pandemic.
