In his official statement, Sergei Sobyanin announced the abolition of self-isolation and access control from June 9.
The government will lift the quarantine measures in three stages. From June 9, beauty salons and public organizations will open in Moscow. From June 16, the citizens will be able to visit museums, exhibition halls, and zoos with electronic tickets. On June 23, cafes, bars, and restaurants, as well as fitness centers and spas, will open in Moscow.
