Dreams do come true! John C. Kean’s original idea allows for having breakfast at Tiffany’s at anyone’s place.

Picture this: you are in the heart of Palm Beach. Sand and palm trees. Scintillating turquoise surface of the ocean ruffled by the waves. You stop to think about where to have breakfast, and you finally decide that there is nothing like having a croissant and an espresso and shopping at Tiffany & Co. You dress up, push a button on the elevator, and — feeling like you are Audrey Hepburn — go downstairs to a shop that sells what makes any woman happy.

This is not a movie synopsis. This is a regular day at the new $17.5 mil penthouse at Worth Avenue. Back in October 2018 New York-based developer John C. Kean of Kean Development paid $20 mil to purchase the iconic Tiffany & Co. building on the corner of Worth and Hibiscus streets. Now having a world-famous neighbor that humbly takes up the rez-de-chaussée, Kean invited architect Keith Spina to convert the entire top floor into a spacy five-bedroom seven-and-a-half-bathroom residence measuring a grand total of 7,600 square feet of real estate. Apart from luxurious rooms that may host the entire British Royal family, the residence also has a large living room, a gym, and a snooker room. The palace stands right on the waterfront.

Anyway, where were we? Right, you step out onto the big terrace, stretch under the scorching sun and then hide from the unforgiving rays in a 2,400 square feet pergola with floor-to-ceiling windows, the icing on John C. Kean’s cake. The rooftop of the residence is covered with FIFA-grade grass lawns and is also home to its very own spa center and a swimming pool with a waterfall. Should you get bored by the massage and swimming, tee off with your friends right on the terrace. Ladies may also update their wardrobe at the nearby stores including the likes of Chanel, Brioni, Graff, Louis Vuitton, Giorgio Armani, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

The penthouse may be accessed through a personal door on the ground floor on Hibiscus street. Then step into the special entrance and take the elevator that will take you to the secluded heaven.

The apartment is scheduled to be put in place in November. As of yet, this gorgeous piece of real estate has no lucky owners. Who gets the key to this heaven is still an open question.

‘If I could find a real-life place that’d make me feel like Tiffany’s, then — then I’d buy some furniture and give the cat a name!’ as Holly Golightly said. Maybe this is the spot where the cat finally got its name, and its owner made her dream come true.
