Porsche and Embraer have teamed up to create the world’s first sports car-airplane transport pair.
The limited Duet will include the Embraer 300E business jet and the Porsche 911 Turbo S. The companies began developing the project four years ago. According to representatives of Embraer and Porsche, the transport will be united by a “single DNA.”
The companies plan to release a total of 10 limited pairs. Each pair will be marked with a customized logo and equipped with a special chip that will track the location of the vehicles. The starting price for the Duet is $10.9 million, with first shipments starting in 2021.
