At Paris Fashion Week, Rei Kawakubo presented a collection inspired by Virginia Woolf’s “Orlando”.
Kawakubo is cooperating with Austrian composer Olga Neuwirth. The designer has studied Wiener Staatsoper outfits, and the fashion looks acquired historic samite, jacquard, large skirts, theatrical wigs, satin, and feathers.
