As a tradition, “Lastochka” is taking part in this feast of wonderful tastes, and chef Domenico Filippone is ready to daze the guests with new dishes and an exclusive presentation.
The festival menu is centered on the main product of the autumn, pumpkin. The set is made of four dishes: warm guinea fowl breast, pumpkin, and mushroom salad, ravioli filled with pumpkin, Kamchatka crab, served with Biaque sauce, Arkhangelsk black cod simmered with milk, pumpkin, and polenta, and, the grand finale: trademark “Lastochka” cake.
