Hyundai Motors has announced its plans to develop electric vehicles under the IONIQ brand. The company will start producing new cars from 2021.
Hyundai Motors has unveiled nine new electric vehicle concepts. The first will be the IONIQ 5 crossover. In 2022 the company will present the IONIQ 6 sedan, and in 2024 Hyundai Motors is planning to release the full-size IONIQ 7 crossover.
According to the auto brand, Hyundai Motors aims to sell 1 million vehicles by 2025 and occupy 10% of the electric vehicle market.
