Louis Vuitton will show its new spring/summer collection under the dome of the La Samaritaine hotel on the banks of the Seine River. La Samaritaine is owned by the LVMH conglomerate and has been closed to visitors since 2005 due to security concerns. According to WWD, the building will open in 2021.
The new collection will be shown during Paris Fashion Week on 6 October. The creative director of Louis Vuitton plans to hold two shows, each of which can be attended by 200 guests.
