VF Corporation, which owns brands such as The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, is looking to acquire the famous streetwear brand Supreme.
According to WWD, the deal should take place before the end of 2020. Supreme founder James Jebbia announced that even after the brand becomes part of the VF Corporation, Supreme will retain its independence.
Previously, Beautiful Lifestyle magazine reported on another major deal this year involving LVMH and jewelry brand Tiffany & Co.
