This summer, a food truck with desserts from Matthieu Carlin is parked in front of the main entrance of the Rosewood Hotel de Crillon in Paris.
While the doors of the Rosewood Hotel de Crillon remain closed to travelers, the hotel’s pastry chef Matthieu Carlin has prepared a delicious surprise for hotel fans. Since July 1, a Citroen Type H has been parked at the main entrance, serving delicious ice cream made according to the chef’s secret recipes.
