La Réserve à la Plage in St. Tropez: Hospitality, wine, health

La Réserve à la Plage brings the original spirit back to St. Tropez.

“La Réserve à la Plage is an elegant place born from the pure fascination by life: hopes, dreams, and memories of the happy days at the beach passed while watching boats sailing by and laughing with your friends”, Philippe Starck describes.

Beautiful harbours full of light sailboats, fresh Mediterranean air, brick-paved streets of the Fisherman’s block, and a rich nightlife, all of it is St. Tropez. This is one of the most picturesque places in France’s Cote d’Azur. Here at the famous Pampelonne beach Michel Reybier, founder of La Réserve hotel network, created La Réserve à la Plage in cooperation with Philippe Starck.

Michel Reybier’s name has become a label and the quality benchmark of his hotels.

“I want every guest of mine, whether famous or not, to feel at home”, says Mr. Reybier. “Tasting exclusive wines, personalised life-prolonging spa programmes, kindness, and meaningful gestures, every detail matters and adds to the atmosphere”, adds the founder.

La Réserve Ramatuelle offers 14 villas with a hospitable atmosphere of a Southern French home, 18 suites, and 8 twin rooms with the view of the patio. The menu created by La Voile’s Michelin star chef Eric Canino contains haute cuisine French dishes centered on Southern flavours. Most vegetables, berries, and herbs come from the hotel’s own garden. Every dish is balanced in terms of its nutritional value and combination of ingredients.

Cosy rooms and villas hidden from prying eyes, and silence that is only disturbed by cicadas make La Réserve Ramatuelle the perfect stop before the descent to Riviera’s rich nightlife.
